Nine steps, and what you receive at each one. Nothing goes into production until you have approved it in writing — and the 50% deposit that books your slot is not due until a drawing exists.
You send dimensions, a reference photo, a drawing or just a description. We confirm feasibility within 24 hours — including telling you if something will not work, before you spend anything.
An itemised quote: material, finish, light source, packing, unit price, MOQ and lead time. No lump sums, and no line items that quietly appear later.
We turn the agreed concept into a buildable drawing, scaled to your ceiling height and footprint, so you see the real proportions before anything is committed.
You approve the drawing and pay the 50% deposit. That is what books your production slot — the queue runs on deposits, not promises.
A sample or representative section is built in 15–20 days, then photographed and filmed under light for your written approval. Nothing goes to mass production until you sign off. That period is for a single sample: several samples running together take longer, and we put the date in writing before we start.
Frame welding, polishing, plating, wiring and assembly in our own workshop. You follow the work through a private progress page — photographs at every stage, from your deposit to dispatch, which you can view at any time.
Electrical safety test and a burn-in on every unit, finish inspection against the approved sample. Export cartons with foam blocking; glass and crystal double-boxed.
We send photographs and video of the finished, lit piece. You settle the balance, and we hand the shipment to your forwarder or ours with full documentation.
Rigging and wiring drawings, component numbering, load per fixing point, and remote guidance during installation. On-site support available by arrangement.
Every commission includes a private progress page, updated with workshop photographs at each stage — from your 50% deposit, through drawing approval, production and dispatch, to installation. You see the same photos we see, as they happen, so a deposit is never followed by silence.

No drawing? No problem. A phone photo and one measurement is enough to start — we do this every week.

Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit by T/T, which books your production slot. The remaining 50% is settled before shipment, after you have seen pre-shipment photographs and video of the finished piece. We do not take card payments for production orders.
Every approval point is in writing and references photographs. That habit protects both sides: when we say “that is what was agreed”, we are both looking at the same image.
Breakage in transit is replaced free of charge if the damage is noted at delivery and photographed. Spare glass and crystal parts are included with graded orders so a single break does not hold up your handover.
You will hear it at the quotation stage, before you have paid anything. We would rather lose an order than take a deposit on something we cannot deliver properly.
Before anything is cut, welded or strung, your piece is designed in-house - strand by strand, figure by figure. These are real design files from our own workshop, not stock renders: a 3.6-metre Pegasus, a spiral chandelier, a curtain installation, a light wall, and a library of figures we can build.
Send us a photo, a sketch or just an idea — you get a design like these, a quotation and a prototype before anything goes into production.
Send dimensions, a drawing or a reference photo. You get a straight answer — including “this will not work” if that is the truth — within one working day.
