Where the light actually comes from.
Crystal and glass decide whether a fixture looks luxurious or cheap, and the difference is rarely the material itself — it is the cutting, the stranding and whether every piece was checked against a white light before it was hung.

This is the standard range. Anything outside it is worth asking about — most “impossible” sizes are just a different structure.
| Crystal | Chinese K9, Egyptian crystal and European crystal options, priced separately and stated honestly |
| Glass | Hand-blown, pressed, amber and opal; colour matched to a physical sample |
| Assembly | Stranded and wired by hand; every drop inspected before hanging |
| Suspension | Stainless or brass chain and cable, load-rated |
| Cleaning | Access guidance and spare drops supplied with every order |
| Lead time | 60–80 days after approval |
Every piece below left our floor as a real commission. Crystal grade, glass type and finish are matched to a physical sample before a full run starts.
